Built from the operations floor up.

Vatous began with a simple observation: most African businesses don't fail for lack of ambition. They lose time, money and momentum to broken processes, disconnected tools and manual work that quietly compounds.

We set out to fix that with a different kind of firm: one that combines the engineering depth of a product studio, the rigour of a consultancy, and a deep understanding of how organizations actually operate on the ground.

Founder & Principal Consultant

Sam founded Vatous after more than a decade building and leading technology across financial services, logistics and the public sector. He started the firm to prove that African organizations deserve, and can run, systems as good as anywhere in the world.
